Level 1: Ayurveda (by: Gopi Warrier, dr. Harish Verma, Karen Sullivan) – Secrets of Ayurveda (2017)
This is a self-study level where a student begins to learn the basics of Ayurveda. Their interests will show up to their perspectives and their contentment into Ayurveda. It is possible that a student feels a click in the Ayurvedic subjects, so the intake level must be completed at first sight.
Level 2: Ayurveda Teaching Class and Interview with the Ayurvedic Guru (Dravin Raghubar) – Intro to Kapha, Pita and Vata from the view of a learned scholar. (Charak Samhita). 5000 years ago.
This is an interview with the Vaidya, so the experience will give the student much more interest in the field of Ayurveda’s Herbal Use, Massages, DinCharya and RituCharya subjects. The 5000 years old Charak will be used to give the student inspiration of the sub-aims of Ayurveda: sleep well, eat well, drink well, speak no-ill, give charity, be gentle, act good, behave well, think positive, let Kapha-Pita-Vata be in balance and the student will have much more understanding in the subjects of Ayurveda: Panch-Maha Bhuta’s, Sada Rasa, Sapta Dhatu etc.
Level 3: Ayurveda Massage Class and self-practise in some of the treatments in Ayurveda.
This is a self-practise class to give a sick-person a massage. The student needs to tell the sick one how Ayurveda works. What is Ayurveda, How does Ayurveda heal someone, How does it prevent someone to get sick, How will the society benefit from Ayurveda. The wise student is being trained trough some real cases. The student needs to give some treatments depending the case of the patient. This ends the Ayurvedic Therapist Courses (level 1, 2, 3).
